How close are your apartments to AUC?
Our apartments are about a 5-minute walk to the AUC campus in Cupecoy, so you can roll out of bed and be in class or the library within minutes. No shuttle schedule to plan around, no driving, no taxi costs for your daily commute. Everything you need day-to-day, from campus to nearby shops and the beach, is within easy walking distance.
Are you affiliated with AUC, and does that matter?
We are an independent housing provider and are not affiliated with or operated by the school. That means you book directly with us rather than through AUC's housing office. For you, it often means more flexibility on lease terms, pricing, and unit options, while still being right next to campus. We're happy to answer questions the school's housing department can't, since we manage these units ourselves.
Can I rent before I arrive, and are the apartments furnished?
Yes. You can reserve your apartment remotely before you fly to St. Maarten, so you have a place waiting on day one instead of apartment-hunting after you land.
